GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (german AGB)
Our general terms and conditions of business and guarantee apply exclusively. Delivery is carriage forward from Wuppertal, incl. currently valid VAT rate, plus packaging and shipping. All information, descriptions and illustrations in our brochure and Internet presence correspond to the status at the time of preparation or printing and are non-binding. All dimensions are to be understood as approximate. Spreu Boote reserves the right to make changes that appear necessary in terms of construction or sales and are reasonable for the buyer. Deviations in weight and dimensions are possible due to the processing of the materials.
Cancellation policy
Right of revocation You may revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period. The revocation is to be sent to our address stated on the order confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return the received performance to us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay compensation for lost value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a shop. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.
In case of a return from a delivery of goods, you have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.
